OTHM Qualifications is a well-established qualification awarding body based near Dartford Crossing, Kent. We are looking to grow our team on a full-time basis and the below opportunities available within our team;

Partnership development Officer (2)

Administrative / Customer Service assistants (2)

The positions are office based 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

We provide free parking and also lunch and refreshments.

Responsibilities

Administrative staff will help to support the key functions all of which have a customer service and quality assurance focus within our organisation. You will liaise with global external partner centres and customers on a daily basis to support them to meet the requirements to delivery our qualifications and programmes effectively.

Partnership Officers will work within the business development team to drive new business opportunities by engaging with potential education centres globally who would like to offer our Ofqual regulated qualifications

You should have a positive approach with excellent customer service and communication skills as well as good IT ability and also be a flexible and a good team player with very good attention to detail.

Start dates should be as soon as possible.

The role is SOLELY office based at our office near Dartford Bridge, Kent working alongside our dynamic and friendly team.

The company is NOT offering visa/sponsorship or relocation packages for the role.
