Job Summary


Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service / Picking and Packing Specialist! In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will engage with customers, address their inquiries, and play a crucial part in the picking and packing process. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a seamless experience for our valued customers.

What you'll do



Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring quality and correctness. Efficiently pack products for shipment, using appropriate materials to protect items during transit. Maintain an organized workspace to facilitate smooth operations and enhance productivity. Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and improve processes. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained. Assist in the training of new team members on best practices for customer service and packing procedures.

Basic qualifications



Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using basic computer systems for order processing.

Preferred qualifications



Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
