We are looking for a highly motivated, engaging person who has a keen awareness of customer service to join our busy Customer Support Team at our new Garden Centre, Gates Woodlands, near to Hinckley. You will have a practical approach, enjoy varied physical work and be a team player.
Primarily working outdoors, assisting customers with compost and other heavy items, you will enjoy interacting with people and take pride in your work and in delivering a high level of customer service.
The role also involves:
Moving stock around the site using trolleys and pallet moving equipment
Sweeping, tidying and maintaining the garden centre to a high standard including re-siting trolleys and baskets
Processing stock
Picking and collating products ready for collection and delivery
The ideal candidate will be professional, well-presented and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you will have a can-do attitude, a keen eye for detail and have a flexible approach in a busy retail environment.
The successful applicant will be required to work full-time including one day at the weekend.
Full training and uniform are provided.
