Alan Howard are the leading supplier to the Hair and Beauty trade. We are a family run business trading for over 50 years and employing over 300 employees across the UK

We are currently looking for a Full Time Customer Service Executive to be based at our Stockport Office (SK1 2AE)

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 8.45 - 5.15, Friday 8.45 - 4.15

The Role:

The customer service executive will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of accounts, improving sales and profitability of Alan Howard brands,

This will be achieved by providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

To call a defined customer list on a weekly basis, maintaining excellent product knowledge and promoting our education offering, current promotions and events.

To attend monthly Sales meetings to share best practice.

Maximise sales opportunities by upselling and actively supporting the collection of aged debts.

Key skills:

You will have a proven record of excellent customer service

A confident telephone manner

Basic computer skills

A positive can do attitude and a willingness to help others.

To be able to communicate with all levels of the business

You will be professional and well presented.
