Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with account management, including updates and troubleshooting issues.
Conduct data entry with precision to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer engagement.
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality and efficiency.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly and effectively.
Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment preferred.
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual ability is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy levels.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide suitable solutions.
Ability to upsell products or services tactfully while prioritising customer needs.
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Experience with CRM software or similar systems is desirable but not essential.
