We are looking for a confident, motivated and people-focused Customer Service & Telesales Advisor to join our growing team at DSL Group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems, and building long-term relationships -- while also playing an active part in our sales activity.
Working within a supportive environment, you will handle a mixture of inbound customer service enquiries and outbound calls to existing customers. You will help customers place orders, introduce products and promotions, and ensure every person you speak to receives a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
Process orders, returns and account updates.
Provide clear product information and support.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and quick resolution of issues.
Telesales (Warm & Existing Customers)
Make outbound calls to existing or previously active customers to introduce ranges, promotions and seasonal offers.
Follow up on enquiries and convert these into orders.
Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships and understand buying patterns.
Meet realistic monthly activity and conversion targets, with full support and training.
Office Support
Carry out general administrative duties as required.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth workflow.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
