As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly office-based team.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for customers requiring guidance, technical support and product information within the reverse osmosis, filtration, and aquatic sectors. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of customer care in a specialised technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and digital platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate product information and introductory technical support relating to:
- Reverse osmosis drinking water systems
- Marine and freshwater filtration solutions
- Pumps, membranes, media, and associated aquatic equipment
Process customer orders, quotations, returns and warranty requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and system operation queries.
Maintain up to date knowledge of product ranges, technical specifications and industry best practices.
Collaborate with external technical and sales teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Update CRM systems and customer records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (office-based preferred.)
Strong communication skills with a professional, customer focused approach.
Ability to absorb and retain technical product knowledge.
Experience or genuine interest in reverse osmosis, water filtration and aquatics (highly desirable)
Proficient IT skills and familiarity with order processing or CRM software.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
