TST Group is expanding and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our transport operations team in Ballymena. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating daily transport activities and helping to deliver the high standards of service TST is known for across the UK and Ireland.

The Role:

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, managing bookings, and keeping customers informed on the progress of their deliveries. Working closely with our planners and drivers, you'll help keep operations running smoothly, ensuring every load is delivered on time and to expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily customer communication, queries and booking requests Monitor deliveries and proactively update customers on any changes or delays Liaise with planners and drivers to ensure customer requirements are met Input and maintain accurate information on our transport management system Resolve issues quickly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships Support KPI and service reporting for key accounts

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service role within logistics, transport or a related field Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive, proactive attitude Knowledge of UK & Ireland transport operations or systems is an advantage
