Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused and organised Customer Service Representative/Key account manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring smooth operations, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage day-to-day customer service queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. To accurately input and update collections/delivery information onto our TMS. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Must have 1 years previous customer service experience in a fast paced office environment. Experience in a busy transport office or logistics background required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills across various media platforms. Strong decision making and problem solving skills. Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail levels. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic environment. Strong IT knowledge is essential. Full training will be provided.
