Customer Service Representative

, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and ensuring their needs are handled efficiently, professionally, and with care.

You will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their interaction with the business, helping to maintain the company's reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Providing accurate information on products, orders, and delivery timelines Processing customer orders and coordinating closely with internal teams Liaising with production, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Supporting the wider team to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience
About You

You are a friendly, organised, and customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You enjoy working as part of a team and understand the importance of clear communication and attention to detail.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with CRM systems is an advantage) A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced operational environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
