The Sinclair Group are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our established Customer Support Unit in Bridgend.
Contract Type: Permanent/ Full-time
Hybrid Working-Following completion of your probationary period: we operate a hybrid working model enabling you to work 50% from home and 50% in the office.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week working between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Position Pays: Competitive

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the CRM Manager and working as part of a team of 25 advisors, you will be required to fully engage with the brand you will be assigned to and develop extensive knowledge of the product whilst building strong working relationships across our dealerships including the aftersales manager and the aftersales team.
