To administer and process sales enquiries and orders and resolve all manner of customer complaints and queries efficiently and effectively.
To be an internal contact for the regional ASM.
To provide sales support to Customers, External Sales teams and Production teams on AWMS Products and contribute to the overall delivery of revenue and profit for the company.
Key Tasks:
Working as part of a team, alongside the Sales, Estimating, Technical, Production and Credit Control teams to deliver AWMS projects. To strengthen relationships with customers who are regularly involved in AWMS projects and to identify new business opportunities to progress further.
Be proactive on following up quotes within the region
Correctly processing a high volume of customer orders in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Dealing with an extremely high volume of incoming calls covering a diverse range of topics
Handling/dealing with customer complaints and escalating them to Senior Management, where required
Logging and resolving customer invoice queries relating to the sales ordering process and product quality
Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our Key Accounts
Communicating with the AWMS External team
Communicating with 'third party' suppliers - E.G Hauliers
Dealing with the day to day customer service calls and requirements.
Liaising with relevant departments to ensure a speedy delivery.
Responding to verbal pricing requests and product information.

Key Requirements for Role:
Previous experience within a Customer Services/ Office environment.
Ability to work under high pressure with an excellent attention to detail is a must.
Good communication skills with a friendly approach are needed in a fast paced department with tight deadlines.
Ability to prioritise work according to demand and work alongside Area Sales Managers' priorities to deliver customer service excellence.
A knowledge of Construction product Sales Order Processing in a business to business environment.
Detailed product knowledge to assist customers in the correct selection and application of AWMS products (product training will be provided).
