is a leading centre within the signage and printing industry, operating as one of 25 successful franchises across the UK and over 650 worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to provide essential in-house and field support to our sales team and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting sales operations and maintaining high standards of client service:

Sales Support:

Work in collaboration with the sales team to generate, present, and follow up on client estimates.

Client Consultation:

Provide advice to customers on optimal signage and printed communication solutions.

Proactive Engagement:

Manage inbound customer inquiries and execute outbound contact with lost and lapsed accounts to regenerate business.

Relationship Management:

Maintain exceptional customer service and manage relationships with our existing client base.

Performance

: Consistently meet and exceed defined sales targets.

Additional Field Activities:

Attend local networking events and conduct professional meetings with clients on site to thoroughly discuss project requirements.

CRM:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information within our CRM systems.

Qualifications and Attributes



A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience in a customer service or sales environment. A highly capable self-starter with the initiative and independence to manage a broad range of responsibilities. Possession of a full, valid driving licence is required for necessary client and site visits. Excellent professional communication, networking, and relationship management skills.

Other beneficial Skills



Experience in the printing and signage industry is beneficial, though not essential, as full product training is provided. Working knowledge of CRM platforms is beneficial; training on our specific system will be provided. A good eye for design
Location

We are currently based in Hatfield (AL10 9EW) and will shortly be moving to St Albans at the end of January.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
