Job Description

We are looking for who, ideally, have previous property experience to join us,
permanent basis part or full time.

The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of property who will have computer literate, with good verbal and written skills and have a full clean driving licence. Candidate provides exceptional customer service and related duties such as

- Dealing with phone, email and walk in enquiries
- Keeping abreast of local competition and changes in the local area

-Dealing with solicitors
- Processing sales
- Inputting data
-Advertising properties

-Dealing with tenants inquires

-Dealing with maintenance issue

- Other duties as required by the Business

Full training programme ensuring for all our system and duties, the ideal applicant will be local and have local knowledge but this is not essential.

and Uncapped commission structure.

Job Types: Part-time or Full time

Part time; 12.5 per hour or 15600 Annually

Full time: 26,000

Pay: Up to 15,600.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cardiff CF24 4ED: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
