To help us to achieve our growth plans, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join us.
Being first point of contact to our customers we are looking for friendly, professional, versatile customer service representatives who have the ability to answer customer's enquiries to a great standard, assist with sales enquiries, policy amendments, and other office-based duties.
This is an exciting and varied role, providing the chosen applicant the opportunity to become an integral part of the Start Rescue team.
Job purpose:
Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries in an award-winning fashion
Assist with quotes and policy updates
Dealing with midterm policy adjustments
Completing tasks requiring outbound calls to be made to our existing customers
Creating policies for new and returning customers whilst providing any information the customer requires to make an informed choice
Ad hoc office based duties

Previous telephone-based call centre experience ideally preferred but not essential
Hours:
Various positions available, candidates must be able to work one permanent weekend shift a week.
Department opening hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00, Sundays 11:00 - 17:00
Salary:
The salary is dependent on age:
16 to 20 - 10 p/h
21+ - 12.21 p/h
Training
Full-time training will be 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 for three weeks, followed by one week taking live calls, whilst being mentored by a more experienced member of staff
