We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
In this role, you will provide exceptional service to new and existing Bennetts customers by resolving queries, providing quotes and being an ambassador for our brand, through engaging and memorable experiences.
We provide a comprehensive suite of technologies to enable remote working and in-office capability.
You will provide the service and experiences that our business and brand reputation is built on. You will share our customer's passion for biking, as they power our business.
As our Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that every one of our customers receives the highest possible level of service every time. By demonstrating ownership, passion, and knowledge.
You will be supported with an extensive, ongoing training program to provide you with all of the tools that you'll need to fulfil the role.
After the initial training period, we offer a hybrid working setting with 3 days working in office and, if you choose to, 2 days at home.
As a team, we service our customers by working a set shift rotation which is skilfully mapped out for the year, by our planning team. The shift rotation will consist of a mixture of early, mid shifts and lates to ensure our opening hours of 8:30am - 7pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays, operate smoothly.
Salary to be determined by experience.
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound contacts from customers via telephone, online forms and webchat, whilst having engaging interactions and demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Provide accurate information about products and services
Providing quotes and creating policies whilst meeting the needs of our customers.
Amending existing policies.
Retaining customers at renewal
Key Candidate Attributes:
Proficient in data entry with strong organisational abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Able to demonstrate resilience
