We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that will add value to our team by providing exceptional support to our colleagues and ensuring a positive experience for our clients
Position
As a Customer Service Representative for PFAS you will work closely with both the Clinical and Operational Teams and the PFAS Senior Management Team to oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the PFAS FAS contract (HAAS). You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality and consistent service is provided to all claimants and our Prime Contract Holder, developing and managing positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your success will be key in helping us deliver a high-quality service to claimants
