Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details Handle outbound calling to follow up with clients and promote additional services or solutions Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary with accuracy Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively Support client services by ensuring timely resolution of issues and follow-up communication Utilize strong phone etiquette, communication skills, and analysis skills to enhance customer experience Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and achieve departmental goals

Requirements



Proven experience in call center, customer support, or client services roles is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong data entry and typing skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English required Experience with outbound calling, sales, or upselling is advantageous Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and patience
