office-based and full-time" Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This role is central to the success of our business and the experience of our customers.
You will play a key part in delivering outstanding service, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our core values of quality, professionalism, transparency, and care.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a truly humanistic approach to service (humanism over automation, supported by strong computer skills), and a genuine passion for helping people to the highest standards possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond rapidly, professionally, and diligently to customer enquiries via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Live Chat, always in a super professional yet humanistic manner. Our customer buying experience is the foremost principle of our company and team.
Maintain a strong and confident telephone manner.

Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products and services, assisting customers with:
Product enquiries
Stock availability
Order processing
Dispatch and delivery updates
Expert aftercare and support
Analyse customer feedback and service data to help improve service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency, resolving issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
This role requires strong time management and stringent record keeping of all communications within our CRM system.
Maintain exceptionally accurate records of all customer interactions through data entry into our expert in-house developed CRM system.
Work closely with team members to improve processes, share best practices, and contribute positively to our strong team culture, built on loyalty, transparency, and ethics.
Maintain and uphold all company policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR.
Requires Skills and Personal Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding phone etiquette.
Strong ability to analyse information and provide clear, effective solutions.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solution-focused approach.
A consistently positive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities when required.
A strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure.
