About the Role

As a

Customer Service Representative

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers--providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support across calls, emails, and internal systems. You'll work closely with a supportive team to deliver five-star service while helping to resolve enquiries, process orders, and provide product or service guidance.

This is a customer service role, in a vibrant and collaborative office where your communication skills and positive attitude will shine. Full training provided.

No previous experience necessary

What You'll Do

Handle incoming customer queries by phone and email Offer professional support, solutions, and guidance Process orders, update systems, and liaise with internal teams Maintain accurate records and deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

A clear communicator with excellent verbal and written English Confident, positive, and enthusiastic team player Organised, punctual, and reliable Able to handle a fast-paced environment with ease Previous customer-facing experience is a plus--but not essential
