Duties

Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat channels Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and details Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints Engage with various suppliers to order materials and parts to rectify issues on installations Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication standards at all times Arrange site visits and manage two engineers diaries and daily routes Effective route planning to ensure efficiency of engineers time on a daily basis Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet organisational objectives

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette and professional demeanour Analytical skills to assess customer interactions and suggest improvements Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability work on their own without constant oversight and use their own initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
