We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our property team. This role involves engaging with customers via various communication channels, providing exceptional service, and supporting the organisation's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details efficiently.
Utilise excellent phone etiquette to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on common customer concerns.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
