We are expanding our inbound team at Perfect Reception due to continual growth of the business. We are looking for a confident and ambitious call handler to join our team.

The right candidate will:
Have basic computer knowledge and skills
Be confident and professional and have an excellent telephone manner

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written along with strong English literacy skills
Have the ability to multi task in a busy environment
Have the ambition to progress within the company
Desired but not necessary attributes as full training would be given:
Previous experience in managing large volume of calls
Social media and LinkedIn experience
An understanding of marketing strategies and business growth
Have commercial awareness
Must be available to work between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 9am and 5pm Saturday. Shifts will be allocated on a rota basis within these time however full flexibility is required for sickness and holiday cover.
Full training will be given.
