Customer Service Administrator

What You'll Be Doing
Be the friendly voice and helpful contact for customers throughout their installation journey
Make introduction and check-in calls, confirm details and ensure everything runs smoothly
Handle email communications, updates and confirmations with care, professionalism and warmth
Investigate and resolve installation issues alongside our Installation Manager
Keep accurate records and reports using Excel and our CRM system
Confidently manage customer complaints and final payments
Liaise with our accounts team to confirm payments
Order parts and build strong relationships with suppliers to avoid delays
Chase delivery dates and keep customers informed
Support the wider team with general admin and service cover when needed
What You'll Bring
Proven track record in Customer Service in an
office setting
A professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
Previous experience in administration and customer service
Confidence using Office 365 and CRM systems (training provided)
A proactive, organised mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, can-do attitude and adaptability to change
Experience the replacement windows and doors industry or home improvement is a bonus!

Requirements
GCSE or equivalent (required)
1+ year experience in Microsoft Office and customer service (required)
Experience in windows & doors or home improvement (preferred)
