Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to help organize and run our online retail store. Our ideal candidate will be a proficient MS Office user, have excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and be punctual, responsible and reliable. They should also be skilled at organizing, solving problems and multi-tasking.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality and effective customer service via telephone and email
- Assist customers in placing orders
- Processing and checking invoices
- Liaise directly with our couriers and their customer service representatives to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
- General administration support for the whole team
Your Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- An experience dealing with couriers is desirable
- A creative and resourceful problem solver with a positive attitude
On-site parking
10:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Willing to work overtime when required

Salary: 13.5 per hour
