We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience. Salary 30,000
Hours 8:30 to 5:00 Monday to Friday
12:00 to 12:30 lunch break
Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Manage customer accounts through accurate data entry and record keeping.
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all channels.
Support administrative tasks such as updating customer information and processing transactions.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy is required.
Experience with upselling techniques and analysis of customer data will be beneficial.
Excellent typing skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism are crucial.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
