Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience of working in a professional and structured contact centre/customer service environment, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. If you are a highly motivated individual with, good listening and communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update both customer records and internal systems.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Uphold phone etiquette standards during all interactions
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience
Skills and attributes:
- Proficient in English
- High degree of personal integrity
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent data entry abilities with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to analyse information effectively
- Familiarity with telephone selling techniques would be highly beneficial
- Ability to work independently and build positive, trusting relationships with cross functional colleagues
