Key Responsibilities:
Answer and handle a high volume of telephone enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Manage the company's shared email inbox, as well as your own, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately.
Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers regarding products, pricing, and order availability.
Accurately input orders and maintain up-to-date records.
Handle complaints and follow through on customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to coordinate customer needs.
