The Floral Image business in Yorkshire is an independently owned franchise so as Customer Service Representative you will have real scope to have a big impact on the growth of this small but successful business. Offering premium life-like flowers to every industry and sector, there is nowhere our flowers can't find a home, making this role varied and unique!

The Role

This role provides a fantastic blend of customer service and account management. As Customer Service Representative you will be tasked with the exciting challenge of visiting our wonderful range of customers, changing their flower arrangements and attending to any customer needs.

This role will require you to provide an unrivalled service to our loyal customer base, so you must possess strong customer service skills and an ability to build relationships easily to ensure the highest quality experience for everyone you engage with.

The role comes with an element of variety as you will also be responsible for stock inventories, updating the CRM system and cleaning, maintaining and revamping the flower arrangements.

This role will allow the successful candidate to manage their own diary and work remotely, travelling across Leeds and the surrounding area. The Floral Image team are supportive and collaborative, and the role will occasionally cover other areas. This is a diverse and varied role not to be missed!

The Person

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you should have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with a full clean UK driving license (please note company vehicles are all manual drive.)

You should be confident and capable using a range of IT systems including CRM systems, desktop and mobile devices. Most importantly you should be a personable, reliable and self-motivated individual known for your ability to communicate well with a range of audiences.
