Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Outwear. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

Duties and Responsibilities



The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of our team and requires excellent communication and teamwork skills to fulfil their duties successfully. Some of their day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:

Engage with customers via phone and email to address queries, concerns and feedback. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development of customer services processes and best practices. Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques. Communicate with the purchasing team to have advanced notice of any potential delays or problems that need to be shared with customers.

Skills and Qualifications



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with other teams and individuals to resolve issues. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Understanding of how to take action and seek solutions. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel). Experience with CRM systems for tracking customer interactions. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Location and Work Pattern



This role requires to be a full time role located at our Lockerbie premises. Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm is when our offices are open. Part time or reduced hours will be considered for the right person.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.75-14.25 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
