Bilingual Customer Service Representative
to support daily operations, maintain customer satisfaction, and act as a key communication bridge between clients, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Handling
order tracking, shipment status enquiries, and delivery updates
Coordinating closely with warehouse and operations teams regarding stock, inbound/outbound orders, and fulfilment issues
Managing
after-sales support
, including complaints, claims, and service recovery
Following up on customer requests and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and cases in internal systems
Supporting sales and operations teams with customer communication when required
Assisting with general customer service administration and reporting
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
Is
fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Has previous experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing, or a related role
Is confident in handling customer enquiries, complaints, and problem-solving
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Is well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or e-commerce fulfilment
Familiarity with order management systems, WMS, or CRM tools
Experience dealing with B2B clients or overseas customers
