Customer Service Representative - Monday to Friday

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice our customers rely on during emergencies, maintenance calls, and everything in between.
About the role
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering inbound calls and responding to emails with professionalism and empathy
Scheduling drainage engineers for call-outs, routine maintenance, and inspections
Logging and updating customer queries and job details accurately in our system
Providing clear communication between clients and our field teams
Helping to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the service journey
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role (drainage or trade services a bonus!)
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
Calm under pressure, especially during emergency calls
Organized, reliable, and tech-savvy
Able to work as part of a team and independently
