We're looking for an experienced Customer Service & Business Administration Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering the excellent service we're known for. This is a hands-on role where flexibility and teamwork are essential - we all pull together to get things done.
What you'll be doing:
Managing customer enquiries (calls, emails, online requests) promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and coordinating with engineers to maximise efficiency.
Keeping accurate customer records up to date in our systems.
Supporting customers with feedback and resolving issues where needed.
Promoting products and services, ensuring customers know what's available to them.
Helping with wider business administration and projects to improve processes.
What we're looking for:
A clear and confident communicator (both written and verbal) who is professional and personable.
Organised and proactive, able to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
At least 2 years' experience in customer service.
Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems.
A team player who can adapt quickly and support colleagues where needed.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Working pattern:
Full time: Monday-Friday between 10am-6pm.
Occasional evening and weekend holiday cover may be required with notice.
