for our cameras.

We're hiring!

We're looking for a confident, self-motivated person to join our small team.

The role

This position is a mix of sales and customer support, mainly via phone and email. You'll gain hands-on experience across several areas of a rapidly growing business.

We're a friendly, relaxed team -- there are

no sales targets or high-pressure tactics

. Our focus is on giving customers a great experience and helping them choose and use the right solution.

About you

You'll be a great fit if you're:

Friendly, confident, and clear in your communication Organised and proactive, with good attention to detail

Tech-comfortable and curious -- you don't need to be a technical expert, but you should enjoy learning new tools and systems

Comfortable using modern tools (e.g., ChatGPT and other productivity tools) to work efficiently and learn quickly Proud of your work and take responsibility for solving customer issues properly Someone who takes initiative, looks for ways to improve how we do things, and helps us grow.

Hours and location

Part-time or full-time (depending on your preference) Flexible hours to fit around other commitments Initially office-based at Inveralmond, Perth, with the possibility of a mix of home and office working for the right candidate

Starting rate of

13 per hour
