Job Description

Bemoto's Customer Contact Team is growing! We're a leading Motorbike Insurance broker dedicated to helping riders find the cover they need, and we are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Service Agents.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, setting up new motorbike insurance policies, responding to customer emails, and creating and sending renewal invites to existing customers. You will also handle general administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Requirements:



Previous customer service experience Strong telephone communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work well within a small team Self-motivated and driven

Hours:



35 hours during weekdays: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 (rota basis) Approximately 1 in 2 Saturdays, 09:00-13:00, with time off in lieu for extra hours

Salary:



22,500 - 24,000 per annum
