Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Account Manager to join our team at MEDSU Ltd. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing relationships with specific Designated Bodies and their connected doctors. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to enhance compliance and governance in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing Designated Bodies to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Support connected doctors with the appraisal and revalidation process, ensuring that they receive timely and accurate communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services that meet and exceed expectations.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or sales within the healthcare sector is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
High standards of attention to detail and great organisational skills.
Knowledge of a cloud based storage system
