Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at PFW Labels, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional, efficient, and friendly support. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information, all while upholding PFW Labels' commitment to outstanding service.

Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained. Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions regarding products, pricing, lead times, order status, and delivery. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex issues as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system (Pipedrive). Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including sales, production, and dispatch, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Provide product information and guidance to customers, understanding PFW Labels' product offerings. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. A proactive and positive attitude with a strong customer focus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,880.00-30,000.00 per year
