Customer Service Representative
to join our office-based team.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be office based and serve as the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels including email, phone, and social media. Your role is key to ensuring customers receive timely and helpful support with their enquiries, from product questions to order updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries through:
Email
Phone calls
Social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
Provide accurate product and service information
Assist customers with order queries, delivery issues, and general support
Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
Keep customer records and internal systems up to date
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications
Represent the company's brand in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience (retail or eCommerce preferred)
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Comfortable handling phone calls and written enquiries
Familiar with using social media for business communication
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently under a self-employed agreement
Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude
Must be able to work from the office full-time (no remote working)
