A fantastic opportunity to develop within the Direct Brick team to continue to support our key brick manufacturers and manage day to day operations within the brick department.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a customer service environment. You will be self-motivated, have great attention to detail and have excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with internal/external departments, suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will look to expand on the processes in place to offer an exceptional standard of customer service.
Key tasks will include:
Efficient use of the Customer Portal to engage with customers and proactively plan brick schedules
Raise new orders on K8 including direct brick orders & ancillaries, brick cutting projects & import stock orders
Proactively support the salespeople and the Business Development Executives
Communicate & collaborate with the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service
Provide customer service support in all aspects of the Direct Brick Team
Respond to all enquiries and provide the highest levels of customer service to all internal/external departments, suppliers and customers
Adapt and take on new tasks and challenges depending on the market conditions
Ensure effective, clear and concise diary management
Investigate invoice queries
