Customer Service Representative (CSR)

to join our Rainton depot and be the friendly face of our business.

The Role

As our new

Customer Service Representative

, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey - welcoming clients, handling service requests, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with the service team, you'll play a vital role in keeping customers informed and supported, helping them get back on the road with confidence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional way Listening to customer needs and recommending the right solutions Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service Providing updates and keeping customers fully informed Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions Promoting additional services and products to enhance the customer experience

About You

We're looking for someone who loves working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Essential:

Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy setting IT literate, with experience using customer service systems Positive, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service

Desirable:

Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector Knowledge of service department workflows Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance terminology
