Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative - US Consumer Lending Launch
UK Office-Based | Monday to Friday | 3:00PM - 11:00PM
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to help launch a new consumer lending brand in the US--right from our UK office? Do you enjoy working independently, thrive on responsibility, and have a strong background in customer service or call centre environments?
We're looking for someone reliable, resourceful, and empathetic to take on a key role as the first UK-based team member supporting our US consumer lending operation. You'll receive full training and ongoing support, but you'll also be trusted to work on your own and take ownership of your role as we build out the US customer journey.
This is a chance to be involved from the ground up, working closely with the UK-based founder and contributing valuable insight as we grow.
What You'll Do
You'll be the primary point of contact for our US-based customers during your shift, managing phone calls and email queries with professionalism, care, and problem-solving focus.
Support US Customers with Sensitivity
: Provide thoughtful, solutions-based assistance, especially to those facing financial difficulties.
Identify and Report Issues
: Use your initiative to flag any recurring customer concerns or process improvements.
Collaborate with Leadership
: Work closely with the founder to share feedback, test processes, and help shape our US service model.
Handle Queries Efficiently
: Respond to email and phone enquiries clearly, accurately, and in line with policy.
Maintain High Standards
: Deliver consistent, high-quality service and work with autonomy during your shift.

Experience
: Previous work in a call centre, customer support, or financial services environment.
