We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat channels.
Drive stock vehicles on site or on the road when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints through data entry systems.
Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
Resolve customer issues efficiently by analysing problems and offering suitable solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and share insights for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times.
Qualifications
Full UK Driving License
Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
Organised with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable but not essential. This role provides an engaging environment where your interpersonal skills and organisational abilities will be valued, contributing significantly to our ongoing success in delivering outstanding customer service.
