The role of Customer Service Representative:
www.kitepackaging.co.uk is the eCommerce platform for Kite Packaging, a leading UK-wide distributor of packaging products delivered through a national carrier network. Due to the high volume of daily orders and dispatches, we receive a significant number of customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat relating to deliveries, order updates, and general product queries.
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office-based customer service environment, along with the following key skills and attributes:
A clear, professional, and confident telephone manner
Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls and customer queries effectively
Strong listening and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously and managing competing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to support the team and customers
