Customer Service Representative

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, willing, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude in our London Branches.

Main duties will include;

Assist customers with currency exchange transactions including buying and selling of foreign currencies.

Build rapport with customers.

Upselling and cross selling currency and company products.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, reach targets and deliver a positive customer experience.

Balance tills accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with company procedures and anti-money laundering regulations.

Adhere to company procedures and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Count accurately at speed.

Attend to phone calls and customer queries in a professional manner.

Promote additional products or services offered by the company.

Stay updated with the trends, regulations and updates related to currency exchange and financial services.

Skills and experience required:

Demonstrable sales experience
