Customer Service Representative/travel Agent
Job Description
We are Debbie's Villas (www.debbiesvillas.co.uk), a successful independent villa holiday company specialising in Orlando, Florida - due to continued growth we now require an additional Customer Services representative to join our team.
The successful applicant will be part of a team in a busy environment - they will have good communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to work well under pressure, but a good sense of humour will also help!
Knowledge/experience of the travel industry and/or a keen interest in Orlando/Travel could be advantageous.
Excellent Customer Service skills and experience are a must, as this is at the heart of everything we do.
Working requirements are Monday-Friday every week (5 days), but also one weekday late shift is required (12-8pm) and two weekend days per month (with days off in lieu).

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
