Reporting to: Depot Manager
Join our Operations team at a leading fuel distribution company! We're looking for a proactive Customer Service Sales Advisor to support our depot manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all operational paperwork and administration
Support routing, delivery manifest, and stock reconciliation
Work closely with the transport team on drivers' hours, vehicle repairs, and maintenance
Prepare daily reports and manage drivers' timesheets
Book ferries and accommodation for drivers as needed
Make call backs and update customers on their orders
Provide excellent customer service and sales support
Help maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency
What You'll Bring:

Experience in operations or logistics (preferred but not essential)
