Customer Service Sales Advisor (Inbound Calls Only)
Location: Northampton (Hybrid after training, 1 day in the office, 4 days from home)
Salary: 24,900 + Uncapped Bonus (200 - 1,000 per month on average)
Start Date: Early October
Are you looking for a sales role with no cold calling? We're recruiting Customer Service Sales Advisors to join a leading insurance provider, where you'll be handling 100% inbound calls from customers looking to renew or purchase policies.
The Role
Handle inbound calls only - no outbound sales.
Support customers renewing existing policies or taking out new ones.
Discuss pre-existing medical conditions with empathy and understanding.
Provide accurate quotes, explain options clearly, and negotiate where required.
Manage calls that typically last 20-25 minutes, ensuring quality service is delivered.
Work towards achievable KPIs while maintaining a customer-first approach.
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience (inbound or outbound).
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work towards targets while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Working Hours & Training
Rota-based shifts between 8:30am - 8:00pm, including 1 weekend in 4.
Three months office-based training, followed by hybrid working (4 days from home, 1 day in the office).
Additional Information
DBS check and references required.
Assessment centres: Week commencing 15th September (Monday & Wednesday, 9:30am or 1:30pm, lasting 2.5 hours).
