We're looking for a friendly and organised?Customer Service & Sales Associate?to join our office team and support our customers, partners, and training coordinator with excellence and care.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media and Live Chat. Assist the training coordinator with training courses enquiries and processing bookings Assist in managing sales orders for products, equipment, and services Provide product information and support clients in choosing the right solutions Maintain accurate customer records using booking and CRM systems Engage with existing and former clients to maintain relationships and support ongoing business opportunities. Liaise with the team and service partners for smooth coordination Ability to demonstrate initiative by proactively presenting new ideas and improvements to management. Support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support Recommend products and services in a gentle, informative way Weekly reporting to management
What We're Looking For

1+ year of customer service or administrative experience Strong communication and organisational skills Confident phone manner and excellent written English Comfortable with sales and product recommendations Able to multitask and manage priorities in a calm, professional way Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Interest in wellness, self-care, or Japanese culture is a bonus
