About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional with experience in sales and relationship management to join our team. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting our business clients, and driving repeat sales and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (UK & Europe)
Manage daily customer service operations across English- and German-speaking regions.
Respond promptly to customer and wholesale account queries.
Supervise and support the customer service and fulfilment team.
Handle complaints and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage reorders.
Business & Partner Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and business partners.
Identify new B2B opportunities, such as wellness centres, online retailers, and health stores.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach and promotional campaigns.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Share customer insights to improve products and services.
Support other departments during peak periods or absences.
Contribute ideas for new initiatives based on customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
Strong leadership and a proactive work ethic.
Fluent or near-native English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using ICT tools (Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media platforms).
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.

Desirable:
Interest or background in health, wellness, or nutrition.

This is a salaried, permanent position.
All bonuses are discretionary and based on overall team and company performance -- not commission-based or self-employed.
