friendly, confident and outgoing Customer Service Representative

to join our team in

Kent

.

This is a

hands-on, on-the-road role

where you'll:

Deliver and refresh our displays for existing customers each month, keeping every space looking its best. Build great relationships with clients and ensure they love the service we provide. Help grow our customer base by introducing new businesses to our award-winning designer flowers using our

soft, consultative sales approach

.

Key Responsibilities:

Field based role

making sales / developing new business

using our proven selling structure and process. Generating leads and acquiring new business opportunities within the designated territory. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Participating in networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related activities to expand the company's reach and visibility. Representing Floral Image with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm, embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence in all interactions. Servicing our current customer base. Look to increase the penetration of Floral Image within the existing customer base by gaining multiple unit placements wherever possible. Completing daily admin - including updating customer information, sales figures and responding to queries by email and phone. Most importantly....
